A Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral COMUNICA:<\/p>\n

Os eleitores do munic\u00edpio de Orl\u00e2ndia\/SP cuja inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, transfer\u00eancia ou \u00faltima revis\u00e3o tenha sido feita antes de 31\/08\/2015 dever\u00e3o comparecer PESSOALMENTE<\/strong>, mediante agendamento<\/u>, no per\u00edodo de 04\/02\/2019 a 19\/12\/2019<\/strong>, ao Cart\u00f3rio Eleitoral do munic\u00edpio ou ao Posto de Atendimento de Nuporanga\/SP para proceder ao CADASTRAMENTO BIOM\u00c9TRICO,<\/strong> devendo, na ocasi\u00e3o, apresentar os seguintes documentos:<\/p>\n

  1. documento original de identidade<\/strong> (ex.: RG, Carteira de Motorista, Carteira Profissional emitida por Conselhos Profissionais, Certid\u00e3o de Nascimento, Certid\u00e3o de Casamento, etc.);<\/li>\n
  2. comprovante de resid\u00eancia<\/strong> que tenha sido expedido nos 3 meses anteriores ao comparecimento do eleitor no Cart\u00f3rio <\/strong>(ex.: conta de \u00e1gua, conta de luz, conta de telefone, notas fiscais, envelopes de correspond\u00eancia, contracheque, contrato de loca\u00e7\u00e3o, declara\u00e7\u00e3o do propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel de que o eleitor ali reside em raz\u00e3o de loca\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.);<\/li>\n
  3. CPF<\/strong> (caso possua); e<\/li>\n
  4. T\u00edtulo de Eleitor<\/strong> (caso ainda o possua);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
